We are thrilled with our kitchen remodel done by Sunset tile and bath. They are very detail oriented and thought of things that even we hadn't thought of when planning our project. We were not in Arizona when the work was completed, but we were very confident in the team to do the work while we were away.

So glad I am able to leave a great review of Kent's handyman services.  I found him here on yelp with a 5-star rating, and I wasn't disappointed!  Kent worked on installing some wrought iron fixtures on a newly installed wood floor, and the work was immaculate.  He also installed a new wireless doorbell (which he also shopped for and provided) to replace our broken system.  Kent is a great guy - honest, hardworking, and very handy!  Five star review *****

Marcus did an amazing job on our tile and showers. His work is impeccable, he does exactly what he says and always is prompt with his time. I would highly recommend him for any type of bath, shower and tile work!!

Not sure if our bathroom remodel qualifies as a large remodel,but was huge for us. We met with several contractors, and Brian was the first and only one that wanted to hear about what we wanted. Our remodel consisted of removing a stall shower and repurposing the space into an additional linen closet. Remove existing garden tub, and build in floor to ceiling shower with a bench and second shower head. Also replace dual sink counter tops in master and guest bath. The team was amazing, Izzy was always on top of getting what was needed throughout the build. Joey was incredible with his work ethic, although his punctuality left something to be desired, but overall worked out very well. Jose and his glass guys were incredible. AJ and the countertop guys did exactly what was asked for, and to a standard that was really amazing. And through all of it, Brian kept all the processes moving. He did it not only like it really mattered to him, but was as critical of the work as we were.  I would highly recommend AZ Remodel Pros to anyone, and will be using them again when we need home improvements that are beyond my abilities.

I highly recommend PHR for your home remodeling needs! You start off the process with Jeremy, who walks you through the step by steps of how they operate and makes sure that PHR and you are compatible (making sure the job scope fits their abilities/size). It's a very detailed approach and is very informative, regardless if you stick with them for the project or not. Once we signed the contract to start work, we met with Jason, who is PHR's interior designer, who helped us pick out materials and the layout of our office based on an image we had found on the internet. After that was settled, Mark and Ben came over for measurements and to discuss the game plan for the renovation. We requested that the project be done before our new baby arrived and they nailed it! Ben handled the project management side and Mark handled the various subcontractors and a bunch of work. Whenever I pointed out something that was flawed, Mark was sure to take care of whatever the concern was, no questions asked. He was very meticulous in his work and it showed off in the end. Our office turned out fantastic and we are so happy that PHR was able to deliver on time and on budget. Jeremy comes back at the end to make sure everything went smoothly and sign off on the final delivery. We plan on doing more renovations in the coming years and PHR will certainly be the first contractor we reach out to! Thanks guys!

Shower & Bath Connection has done four major remodeling projects for us between 2011 and 2020.  That includes complete (down to the studs) remodels of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and the exterior of our house, as well as the addition of a new large en suite.  In the process we had ceilings raised, new floors put in throughout, walls removed (and added), and what could only be described as a complete overhaul and upgrade of the entire house, inside and out.  
We've heard contractor-related horror stories from friends, but we we had no such thing with S&B.  Lon and his crew, including subcontractors, were exceptional every time.  Indeed, Lon is amazing!  Quality and customer satisfaction always came first, and the end result turned our rather average 1950's house into the crown jewel showcase of our neighborhood (and beyond).  We can't say enough about how easy Lon was to work with, how professional and courteous he and his crew were, and how excellent the results were.  He even got everything done ON TIME, every time.  I've met few business people with as much honesty and integrity as Lon.  
We highly recommend Shower & Bath Connection.  We gladly give it 5 stars -- If we could give more, we would!

Burton and his team are absolutely the best.  I can't even think of what to say because I have so many great thoughts at once. He is responsive, and fun and wonderful to work with. I bought a townhouse and gutted it and he made what should have been a miserable experience a great one. My place looks amazing, he had incredible helpful suggestions - which I took and I am so happy that I did, he was right about literally everything. There were no surprises, he told me upfront what everything would cost and what he thought I should do and stuck to it. He even bailed me out of a self inflicted jam.  I put tile everywhere, all the flooring, the showers - it is just beautiful.  He said his guy is an artist and I believe him. They showed up when they said they would, they went so far above and beyond what I ever expected and everything they touched is just gorgeous.  He knows what he is doing.

Stop hunting, just hire Burton. You will never regret it.

Enjoyed working with Irving he was always on time. He's very responsive and makes sure to get the job done on time. Any issues or go back around I had on a project he took care of and made sure met my expectations. He worked some long days at my house that's for sure. Even on Sundays he would be there. Photo updates every step of the way something was done. Saving little more cash to use him for next round of stuff I want done

Sadly, The owner of this business has no affection for the truth.  His response is not based in reality. I could go on to clarify but he is out of my home and that's the important thing.

My girlfriend and I used VETSBuilt to renovate our house after refinancing our house. We were so excited for the house to have a makeover and truly be turned into a home for our family. My girlfriend is a retired combat medic for the army so we were even more excited to use a veteran run company. I would like to warn those of you looking to use this company against it. Our house is beautiful, don't get me wrong, but there were so many mistakes, short cuts, and then there is the fact that there is no warranty on the work.                              -Before beginning the renovation I has asked Bob if I should patch the holes in the house and remove all of the nails/tacks/staples/etc. He had told me not to worry and that the painters would take care of it. The painters failed to remove those items and I know have the pleasure of continuing to remove them and repaint where they were. The holes were patched in a rushed manner. When the sun hits the patches just right, you can see where the left over spackle was smeared over the walls and the hole. Then there is the clean up for the painters. They left paint over numerous light fixtures, baseboards, the new floor, and the ceiling.                     -We originally wanted to get cabinets from Home Depot and had picked out the design and received a quote. Bob told us that his cabinet guy was the best. This was not true. The cabinet guy, his name is Jaime, was far from the best. After having sat down with both Bob and Jaime to design the cabinets, as Bob told us the ones we wanted from Home Depot were no good, the cabinets were designed ENTIRELY wrong. The design was similar to the old cabinetry that we were tossing. We informed Bob, who had told us he remembered the design we chose and agreed the ones built were not what we were paying for. The cabinets were never replaced and we received $500 off for something we didn't want. There were further issues with the cabinets when Bob failed to communicate with his guy that we were no longer able to afford a new vanity for our master bathroom. We had told him we didn't want the vanity but Bob had arranged a deal with Jaime that we could keep this vanity for free...another way to make up for the entire kitchen being done wrong. The vanity was also designed wrong, the drawers require so much force to be opened that most of the time you end up whacking yourself in the leg or crotch. I told Bob this too, and despite him also having difficulties opening the drawers and him watching me attempt to open the drawer and having it hit me in the crotch, he said it would be okay over time. To this very day, I still hit myself. The hinges used by the cabinet guy were put on in a rushed manner, Bob claimed that clients make his guy nervous (we were never in the house when he was here) and one of the cabinet doors is beginning to fall off the hinge. Bob did make an attempt to have Jaime fix the spice rack and the missing stain on the island cabinetry. However, when Jaime arrived he had stated Bob never told him about needing to bring stain to finish the island, I texted Bob right there on the spot and he told me that Jaime doesn't understand English very well so he must not have known what he was talking about.                                 -The floor we had put in began to pop up after Bob's crew left. Bob had the floor installed by someone now well versed in the type of floor we were putting in, the subfloor was uneven and despite putting down the moisture barrier pad, it didn't help - there are spots that sag and where the boards pop. The company we wanted to use would have leveled the sub floor and saved us the hassle of continuously bouncing as we walk through the house. Bob did the measurements for the house to determine how much of the flooring we needed to purchase. He measured wrong every time. I believe we had to make 2 extra trips to the store to get more flooring...which wasn't in the budget. This just seems like a rookie mistake for a contractor. And it was costly.                                                        -We had the master bathroom renovated. The crew Bob used for this portion was very nice. Other than cleaning their equipment down the shower drain and toilet, their tile work looks and is amazing. No flaws! The shower that Bob had done for us is beautiful, but leaks. The joints where the glass meet have not been sealed properly and water spills out onto the floor in a large puddle.                                                                 Like I said, we had huge hopes for our experience and partnership with this company. And it fell short. All of the issues listed above were addressed with Bob directly. Unfortunately, while he talks to you about wanting things to be perfect, and how he understands wanting things done right because you're paying for it - its a lie. During his visit to our home Andrew was rude, arrogant and submissive. He constantly interrupted us and he was hell bent to control the discussion.
Subsequently he has failed to submit any type of proposal or to state his lack of interest in our business ($125,000 home remodel).
He waisted his time and he waisted our time! Now he is just a ghost .

I used HC for installing a new door and putting a dog door in it.  They bought all the materials, got it done on time and under estimate. Rob was super helpful, honest and reliable.  I will use them again for a few more projects I have down the road for sure. I was out of town during the work and trusted Rob to be in my home while we were away.  I felt very secure with the staff and was impressed with the quick and professional communication along the way.  Great work and great service!!!

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

I could not be more enthusiastic about my recommendation of Dion and his crew. I hired Dion to renovate a bonus room of the brand new house we just moved into. Dion came same day to give me an estimate and had the most reasonable pricing. He started the very next day, on time and explained everything that would be done. On the second day of work with the project set to complete the next day, the universe threw a giant wrench in the works. Heavy monsoon rains revealed multiple flooding, drainage and plumbing issues. What started out as a simple, one room change quickly turned into a whole house renovation! Dion assured me he could help resolve it all. He revised his quotes and discussed how to fix each problem. For the plumbing, his estimate was more reasonable than the plumbing company I had already used! And Dion's price included fixing drywall and floors, which the plumbing company could not do. He worked with me to get all the major issues repaired. He and his crew were always flexible about changes and there were absolutely no surprise costs. He communicated through the entire process with texts and pictures so that I could make decisions quickly and keep the project on the timeline. The house looks amazing and there are zero water issues!!!

I am very satisfied with Kyle of I'm gonna Fix it. I used his service once 2 years ago and kept his number because I was satisfied with his work. He just installed our entry wall light and again, am happy with his work. If you need quality work and a fair price, call Kyle.

Michael is super personable and very responsive to what the customer wants. He did a great job remodeling our master bath with a new soaking tub and updated shower. The photo doesn't do his work justice. Would definitely use Better Bath again in any future remodeling projects!

Wow! I don't know where to begin, because our experience was exceptional.

My husband and I have been wanting to do a renovation on our kitchen for some time now. Casually, I submitted a project via Yelp to multiple contractors to shop around. After a swift response from Rosa, we set up an in-home consultation. Rosa and Erica brought samples based upon our initial conversation and were spot on with the look I was wanting. Their energy and general vibe sold us. Professional, friendly and genuine. Some days later, we signed a contract and the project began shortly thereafter.

Being in the midst of a global pandemic, I was worried with how many people would be in and out of our home. Everyone wore masks, respected social distancing, and staggered scheduling to keep down how many workers were in our home at any given time.

Both Rosa and Erica were super communicative throughout the entire process. Also, every single person on their team was so darn friendly and meticulous with their attention to detail. It truly was seamless and we are ecstatic. I think I may sleep in my kitchen tonight because I love it that much.
